At Integrated Agribusiness Professionals, Inc. (“IAP”) we are committed to protecting your privacy. Federal and state laws require us to tell you how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. The law also limits how we can use your personal information. This Privacy Statement describes the information that may be collected and how we protect your personal information.

- To comply with legal requirements. IAP may be required to disclose your personal information in order to comply with legally mandated reporting or disclosure requirements (such as responding to a valid subpoena, warrant, audit, or agency action, or to prevent fraud) or to credit reporting agencies and companies which provide services related to your account. This information sharing is also permitted by law. IAP will use reasonable efforts to limit the personal information it provides for this purpose. We may also disclose information if appropriate to protect our intellectual property or our legal rights.

- To third-party crop protection product suppliers. These companies agree to safeguard our confidential customer information and they must abide by applicable law. We will not disclose information without your authorization.

IAP is committed to keeping personal information secure. We have appropriate technical, administrative and physical procedures in place to protect personal information from loss, misuse or alteration. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information.

You have the right to restrict how we share your personal and financial information with outside companies that we do business with. Changing your privacy choices, however, does not prohibit the sharing of information necessary for us to follow the law, as permitted by law. Please allow approximately 30 days from our receipt of your privacy choices for them to become effective.

Unless you say no by checking the box below, we may share personal information about you as noted above with other companies for their marketing and sales use.
